ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
The name of the project is ” Young People together ” and aims to help children and young people understand the nature of aggression, what are the damages and consequences of aggressive behavior, how to protect themselves from different forms of violence and what are the benefits of life without violence. The main method for achieving these goals is non-formal education.The main part of the work on the project “Young People together ” will include visits to local schools where, through methods of informal education, we give students a chance to gain a different perspective on the world around them, not only related to their lives in Bulgaria but and as citizens of the European Union. We will also work with groups of young people from vulnerable groups to help them better realize themselves as individuals and members of European society.
ACCOMMODATION, FOOD AND TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS
In the project we have every month to provide volunteers with 120€ per month for food and 120€ per month for pocket expenses. Additionally we cover transport fees for arriving and leaving the project based on the Erasmus + Distance calculator.The accommodation will be covered by the project. Shared apartment with all amenities and own space
TRAINING DURING THE ACTIVITY
During the project there will be internal trainings, as well as those organized by the National Agency
PARTICIPANT PROFILE
The volunteer to be a motivated, ambitious person who wants to show and prove his skills; To be able to prioritize tasks and work in a team; To show interest in the social sphere and in working with young people at risk;
